Find Relief for Your Aches and Pains with Our Custom Built Aquatic Therapy Pool!
We are proud to offer the largest warm-water therapeutic pool on the Peninsula. Our custom-built therapeutic pool was specifically designed to meet numerous rehab needs. Its multiple depths allow for both weight-bearing and deep-water exercises. At 92-94 degrees, our pool is warmer than most other therapy pools; providing a relaxing and pain-relieving environment for aquatic Therapy.
Our aquatic rehab programs are customized to accommodate each individual patient’s diagnosis based on their physical ability. Aquatic therapy in Hampton, VA, provides a moderate exercise program, builds strength in muscles, and provides a relaxing environment for patients.

Exercises are based on the patient’s pain level and include walking in water, going up and down steps, using water weights, resisting swimming, etc. Some patients may be able to transfer to land-based treatments after building strength and endurance.
We have seen excellent results for recovery time, exercise tolerance, patient participation, and patient satisfaction following aquatic rehab.
